The Beginning
My Story
The moment I realised I wanted a career in makeup was when I watched The Making of Thriller. The transformation of Michael into the wolf — the zombies — I was completely hooked.
I began my journey in 1996 when I joined my high school theatre group and discovered there was no makeup or hair department. Our first production was Little Shop of Horrors, so I headed to the library to learn how to transform a 16-year-old boy into a 60-year-old man. That’s where it all began.
